We’re on the hunt for a full-time Food & Beverage Manager to lead our Restaurant, Bar, and Conference spaces. As a key leader, you’ll be responsible for keeping communication flowing, training, developing and motivating your team; bringing in new business, and managing everything from rosters and stock to ensuring our guests get the kind of service that keeps them coming back for more.

Some days you’ll be jumping into a selfie to make someone laugh, mentoring your team to be the best ibis service culture in the world, and finding creative ways to make every guest feel like a VIP. If you can tell your mochaccino from your macchiato, know the difference between pinot gris and pinot grigio, and have an uncanny knack for predicting what guests need before they ask, we can’t wait to chat!


Qualifications

What are we looking for?

We’re seeking a Food & Beverage leader with experience in a hotel or restaurant setting, and a creative spark to bring fresh ideas to our team. You’ll need your RSA, and being an Approved Responsible Person is a bonus (or at least the ability to become one). Here’s what we’re hoping you bring to the table:

  • A proven track record of delivering excellence in all things food & beverage
  • Experience leading high-performing teams with flair
  • A deep knowledge of wine, spirits, and food—because we’re all about the details
  • Experience managing multiple outlets, including à la carte and banquet services
  • A passion for exceeding customer expectations and going the extra mile
  • A true love for delivering top-tier quality in every aspect of the job
