Food & Beverage Coordinator
Enthusiastic about connecting, fostering strong relationships, and collaborating with people? As a Food & Beverage Coordinator, you will be responsible for handling the administrative tasks within the department and liaising with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
What you will be doing:
- Type documents, take meeting minutes, draft letters, and manage correspondence
- Support the overall operations of the hotel as required
- Maintain and secure all Food & Beverage files
- Assist in printing and preparing menus for the outlets
- Create and maintain a Food & Beverage database (including suppliers, guests, and contacts)
- Coordinate and liaise with other departments in relation to Food & Beverage and culinary operations
- Assist with the purchase request process for the Food & Beverage department
- Direct Food & Beverage inquiries to the appropriate outlet or department
- Process monthly attendance and payroll
Your experience and skills include:
- Should have min. 2 years experience in similar role
- Degree in hospitality management / food & beverage
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities and the ability to lead by example
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
