Job Description

As a Full-Time Food and Beverage Attendant, you’ll bring a guest-first mindset, strong attention to detail, and a positive, can-do attitude, helping ensure smooth and efficient service across all our outlets.
What You’ll Do
- Deliver warm, attentive service across restaurant, pool bar, and event spaces
- Take and deliver food and beverage orders efficiently and professionally
- Set up, operate, and pack down dining and function areas
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation
- Recommend menu items and confidently upsell where appropriate
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery
- Uphold brand standards and contribute to a welcoming team culture
Qualifications
Our Ideal Candidate Has:
- A warm, guest-focused attitude and genuine love for hospitality
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality
- A positive team spirit and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- A current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate
- Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including nights, weekends, and public holidays
