Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant Outlet Manager (F&B) to join our team in Sepang, Malaysia. As a key member of our food and beverage management team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations, maintaining high-quality customer service, and supporting the overall success of our outlet.

  • Assist the Outlet Manager in overseeing daily operations of the F&B outlet.
  • Lead and motivate a team of food service staff, ensuring high performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage inventory, place orders, and control costs to maximize profitability.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a clean, safe working environment.
  • Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and efficiently.
  • Assist in menu planning, pricing strategies, and implementing promotional activities.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data, preparing reports for upper management.
  • Support staff training and development initiatives.

Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of experience in F&B management or a supervisory role.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
  • Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in inventory management and cost control.
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
  • Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of Bahasa Malaysia is a plus.
  • Diploma in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • Familiarity with Malaysian cuisine and local food service trends.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Adaptability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
