Job Description
Join the team at Elysium Noosa and help create exceptional dining experiences for our guests. As a Food & Beverage Attendant, you'll provide friendly and professional service across our restaurant, bar, events, and conference spaces. From welcoming guests and taking orders to serving food and beverages, you'll play a key role in delivering memorable experiences while upholding the luxury service standards of Elysium and Accor.
We're looking for someone with a passion for hospitality, strong customer service skills, and a positive, team-focused attitude. Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests and provide exceptional service from arrival to departure.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and confidently recommend menu items and specials.
- Serve food and drinks efficiently while ensuring presentation and quality standards are maintained.
- Operate the POS system and process orders accurately.
- Assist with restaurant bookings, guest enquiries, and telephone reservations.
- Support the delivery of conferences, functions, weddings, and special events.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and well-presented restaurant and bar environment.
- Follow all food safety, hygiene, and Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) requirements.
- Take ownership of your section and contribute to a seamless guest experience.
- Act as a proud ambassador for Elysium Noosa and Accor, demonstrating professionalism, teamwork, and a guest-first mindset.
Qualifications

- A positive attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous food and beverage experience is desirable but not essential.
- Current RSA certification or willingness to obtain one.
