Swissôtel Sydney, part of Accor’s international network, have an exciting opportunity for a Food & Beverage Attendants to join our Executive Lounge on Part Time or Casual Basis, 20 to 24 hours/week.


Job Description

  • Support the daily operations of the Executive Lounge and to assist the Management team in the effective and efficient running of the lounge.

  • Deliver friendly, professional, and prompt service to all guests, ensuring a high standard of hospitality.

  • Provide a warm welcome and engage with guests respectfully, offering assistance through meaningful interactions.

  • Consistently adhere to all Standard Operating Procedures related to the venue’s service and operations.


Qualifications

  • The ability to demonstrate and deliver luxury service

  • Previous experience in a similar role

  • Exceptional communication and organisational skills

  • Hands-on and customer focused 

  • Approachable, charismatic, and fun

  • Product knowledge of menu and dining trend

  • High level of attention to detail 

  • Valid Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) competency card
