Job Description
We are looking for a passionate and professional Food & Beverage Attendant to deliver exceptional service in this unique venue. In this role, you'll create memorable guest experiences by providing attentive, personalised service, maintaining Sofitel's luxury hospitality standards, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of food and beverage service while working collaboratively with the team.
- Deliver exceptional food and beverage service in line with Sofitel's luxury standards.
- Anticipate guest needs and create memorable, personalised experiences.
- Maintain high standards of presentation, cleanliness, and food safety.
- Support smooth daily operations through effective teamwork and communication.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a Food & Beverage or hospitality role.
- A genuine passion for delivering exceptional guest service.
- Excellent communication skills and a positive, team-focused attitude.
- Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
- Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification (or the ability to obtain one).
