Your Key missions:​

• Daily operations - Elevate dining experiences with your personalised food and beverage suggestions within outlets and events​
• When challenges arise, your ability to transform obstacles into opportunities shines. Your approach is a testament to your problem-solving abilities and unwavering positivity-​
• Customer relationship development: Foster close customer relationships and gather feedback.​
• Interdepartmental collaboration: Ensure a consistent customer experience.​

Your profile: ​

• Restaurateur at heart ​
• Quality-oriented ​
• Experience is highly desirable​
• Good level of English ​
• Hold full working rights for New Zealand (this role is not eligible for visa sponsorship)
• Willing to learn and grow across hotel departments, with a strong interest in mastering roles such as Front Office operations.
