• Design and lead a variety of fitness classes and personalized training sessions for guests.
• Provide guidance and support to guests on correct exercise techniques and fitness plans.
• Ensure the fitness facilities are clean, safe, and welcoming at all times.
• Engage with guests to promote fitness programs and encourage regular participation.
• Assist in wellness activities and collaborate with other departments to enhance the overall wellness experience.
• Monitor the usage of fitness equipment and ensure it is maintained in good condition.
• Stay updated on the latest fitness trends and incorporate them into training programs.

• Certified fitness instructor with expertise in personal training and group classes.
• Strong knowledge of exercise science, nutrition, and wellness principles.
• Excellent communication skills with a positive and approachable attitude.
• Must be fluent in Thai; English is an advantage.
• Previous experience in a luxury resort or wellness center is an advantage.
• Ability to motivate and inspire guests to achieve their fitness goals.
• CPR and First Aid certification is a plus.
