Finishing Carpenter

Be a key part in the upkeep of our luxury property through preventative maintenance, finishing and repairing hotel physical plant, furnishings, fixtures and equipment.

Starting Pay Rate: $28.90 per hour 

Job Duties Include:

• Complete refinishing, preventative maintenance, servicing and repair of all hotel furniture
• Painting, mixing and colour matching of stains
• Developing a preventative maintenance program for all trim of the hotel

• Knowledge of formwork and steel stud farming
• Knowledge of latex & oil based paints, experience in colour-matching custom stains
• Experience with tablesaws, mitresaws, routers and planers
