Job Description
This role is responsible for accurate and timely financial reporting, enforcing internal controls, managing the monthly and yearly tax compliance process, and providing financial insights to support strategic decision-making, while ensuring compliance with Indonesian regulations and Accor global standards and requirements.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards., as well as Indonesia tax knowledge, preferable if have Brevet License
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software, such as Microsoft Excel, Power BI, or similar platforms.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Minimum 5 years of in-depth experience in accounting, audit, and Indonesian taxation and other compliance matters. Experience in both corporate and audit environments would be an added advantage.
