We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Finance Manager to join our team in Baghdad, Iraq. As a key member of our financial leadership, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and strategic financial planning to drive our organization's success.
- Manage all aspects of the hotel's financial operations, including accounting, reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
- Develop and implement financial strategies to optimize revenue and cost-efficiency
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports
- Lead the budgeting process and provide regular financial forecasts
- Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll processes
- Collaborate with department heads to analyze financial performance and provide insights for decision-making
- Manage and mentor the finance team, fostering professional growth and development
- Implement and maintain robust internal controls and financial systems
- Conduct financial risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies
- Serve as a key liaison between finance, operations, and executive leadership
- Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior financial management role
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience with financial software systems
- Excellent leadership skills with experience in team management and development
- Proven track record in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
- Experience in implementing and improving financial processes and controls
