Job Description
- Prepare beverages following Accor and Fairmont Hotels and Resorts recipes and guidelines for preparation
- Interact with guests in a way that makes them feel special
- Proper and friendly service when in contact with all guests
- Comply with liquor laws
- Maintain accountability, both personal and financial
Qualifications
- Must have previous experience tending bar in a luxury environment
- Must have previous experience tending bar in a high volume environment
- Successful completion of bar tending position training program
