§Lead 120 team members in the culinary department

§Create innovative Culinary events to ensure exceptional financial performance while keeping highest HACCP standards

§Ensure excellent and efficient communication with teams.

§Report to the Executive Chef

§Manage one western restaurant and bring it to next level

§Bachelor/ Culinary degree

§3-5 years experience in a similar role in luxury hotels with strong creativity and attention to details

§Asian experience is a plus

§Excellent communication skills

§Strong leadership skills, excellent team motivator, customer centric

§Excellent English is required,

§Open minded and open for annotative approach.
