Company Description

Miss Mi at Mövenpick Hotel Melbourne On Spencer merges the exotic with the familiar. Time-honoured Asian techniques, ingredients and flavours are paired with modern methods to take our guests on a culinary journey to the heart of Asia. Ever evolving, Miss Mi menu encourages guests to explore new tastes and aromas as they would on a sojourn to Bangkok or Borneo.

The Miss Mi drinks are dazzling, and so is the art. Designed by local artist Steve Cross, the bar’s dramatic mural depicts a traditional Chinese opera performance, a vibrant celebration of food and culture.

From Malaysia to the Philippines, Miss Mi’s kitchen is home to a team of star talents. Our chefs boast rich and diverse backgrounds from across the Asian continent, infusing Miss Mi’s menus with fresh culinary authenticity. With years of experience gained from stints at Melbourne’s best restaurants, our team ensures excellence in every dish. Miss Mi has proudly earned three Australian Good Food Guide Chef’s Hats in as many years, and was the Gold Medal winner of the Victorian Accommodation Awards for Excellent ‘Hotel Restaurant of the Year’ category, thanks to the dedication and skill of this talented bunch.
