Job Description

This pivotal role provides high-level administrative support to VPO NSW & ACT – Premium, Midscale & Economy and Regional Executive Team:

  • Maintain effective working relationships with relevant internal and external stakeholders including Regional team, Operational teams, owners and consultants, owners and suppliers by ensuring communication is regular and appropriate 
  • Liaise with other EA’s to ensure communication, processes and procedures across the Group are consistent 
  • Prepare communication to send to Properties/Business units
  • Assist with the coordination and management of projects 

Qualifications

The successful candidate will have exceptional organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders at the same time.

  • Similar experience as an Executive Assistant, hotel experience an advantage
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong project management and coordination
  • Proficient in Canva, Outlook and MS Office (Powerpoint & Excel)
