What your workday looks like …

• You take overall responsibility for our Events & Groups department and, together with your team, ensure the smooth execution of all events. At the same time, you keep a close eye on budgets, KPIs, and commercial objectives.
• You are responsible for the planning, coordination, execution, and management of events, seminars, internal functions, and customer partnership projects.
• You work closely with our internal Food & Beverage (F&B) departments, overseeing every stage of an event—from cost calculations and planning through to final billing.
• Together with our Sales Manager, Mario, you manage our key accounts, build long-term client relationships, and actively contribute to new business development and customer acquisition.
• Following each event, you independently implement improvement measures and handle customer complaints professionally to ensure continuous service excellence.
• You stay organized and keep a cool head, even when every event space in the hotel is fully booked and everything is happening at once.
• As a brand ambassador for 25hours Hotels, you build strong relationships with our clients and ensure that every event becomes an unforgettable experience.

Your personality matters more than your resume …

• You have several years of experience in the events and catering industry and have gained initial leadership experience. Ideally, you also have previous experience in the hospitality sector.
• You impress our clients with your positive attitude and enthusiasm. During site inspections, you always have the right answer and go the extra mile to make every request possible. With your hands-on mentality, you're always ready to step in and ensure every event runs smoothly.
• As Head of Department, you enjoy motivating your team and supporting their individual development. You conduct performance and development reviews, raise awareness of budget responsibilities, celebrate team successes, and manage staff scheduling.
• You work independently, stay well organized, and keep a cool head even with a busy schedule. Reliability, clear communication, and prompt follow-up—both internally and externally—come naturally to you.
• You bring not only your expertise, but also your personality.
