Three conference rooms, a restaurant, two bars – lots of opportunities for organising parties and events in-house. You’ll make sure all the events rooms are always booked and that every event runs smoothly. We’re looking forward to welcoming you to our Events Team as Event Coordinator (f/m/d).

How does your working day look like …

• You’ll be the ambassador for the 25hours Hotels brand
• You’ll succeed in forging the best links to our customers, so that you can make every event unforgettable
• You’ll coordinate your daily schedule independently, and you’ll honour agreements even when your appointments diary and email inbox are full
• You’ll support various projects in the hotel, and pitch in when one of your colleagues from the sales team is on leave
• You’ll keep the overall picture in view when every room in the building is booked simultaneously and all the phone lines are red hot

Your personality counts more than your CV …

• You’ve had professional experience in a similar role in the events sector, and you speak good English
• You have the ability to get people excited about our concept, and you’re a passionate salesperson
• You’re a doer – and even if you do it wrong sometimes, you openly admit it
• You’re not just bringing your abilities, but also your character
