• Supervise and support front-of-house staff during evening service

• Ensure excellent customer service and resolve any guest issues promptly

• Oversee opening and closing procedures for evening shifts

• Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to maintain smooth operations

• Manage staff breaks, shift changes, and performance on the floor

• Handle cashing up, daily reports, and other end-of-day tasks

• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and presentation

• Previous experience in a supervisory or senior restaurant role

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment

• A passion for hospitality and delivering memorable guest experiences

• Reliability and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
