Job Description
Food & Beverage Supervisor
Passionate about guest interaction, food and beverage? As a Food & Beverage Supervisor, you will lead and inspire your team to deliver outstanding dining experiences while ensuring exceptional service standards and operational excellence.

What you will be doing:
- Lead, mentor, and support the Food & Beverage team to deliver exceptional guest experiences
- Supervise daily restaurant and bar operations, ensuring brand standards and service excellence are maintained
- Monitor stock levels, equipment, and hygiene standards while ensuring compliance with food safety and licensing regulations
- Handle guest feedback and complaints professionally and efficiently
- Drive sales through upselling, promotion of hotel services, and innovative ideas
- Work closely with the kitchen and other departments to ensure a seamless guest journey
Qualifications
Your experience and skills include:
- Passion for hospitality, food and beverage, and guest service
- Previous experience in a Food & Beverage supervisory or leadership role
- Strong leadership, communication, and team development skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach
- Knowledge of food safety, licensing regulations, and operational standards
- Ability to lead by example in a fast-paced environment
