Employé(e) Polyvalent(e) Petit Déjeuner – Salle & Cuisine (H/F)
Mission:
Le Faubourg Galant, nouvel hôtel 4 étoiles situé dans le 8e arrondissement de Paris, ouvrira ses portes en août 2025. Membre de la Handwritten Collection du groupe Accor, il proposera 63 chambres dans un cadre raffiné, chaleureux et résolument parisien.
Pour accompagner cette ouverture, nous recherchons un(e) Employé(e) Polyvalent(e) Petit Déjeuner – Salle & Cuisine, passionné(e) par l’accueil, la précision et la qualité des produits servis. Vous interviendrez à la fois en salle pour accueillir et servir nos clients, et en cuisine pour contribuer à la préparation du buffet et des produits chauds et froids.
Votre mission : une double compétence pour des matins réussis
Côté cuisine :
Vous jouez un rôle essentiel dans la préparation du buffet et des produits servis, en lien avec le Responsable Petit Déjeuner et la cuisine de l’hôtel.
- Préparer les produits de base du buffet : cuisson des viennoiseries, pain, mise en place des jus frais, charcuteries, fromages, fruits.
- Réaliser des préparations simples : œufs (coque, brouillés), assiettes de fruits frais, coupes de yaourts, dressages à la minute selon la demande client.
- Effectuer la mise en place des postes de travail avant service.
- Assurer le nettoyage, rangement et entretien du matériel de cuisine et de la zone de travail.
- Réceptionner et contrôler les livraisons du matin (pain, viennoiseries, produits frais).
- Gérer les stocks du petit déjeuner : rotation des produits, contrôle des DLC.
- Appliquer strictement les normes d’hygiène et sécurité alimentaire (HACCP).
Côté salle :
- Mettre en place la salle et le buffet avant l’arrivée des clients.
- Accueillir, conseiller et accompagner les clients avec professionnalisme et convivialité.
- Réassortir le buffet tout au long du service, en veillant à la présentation et à la fraîcheur.
- Débarrasser, nettoyer et redresser les tables.
- Assurer le rangement de la salle après le service.
- Veiller à l’ambiance générale de la salle : propreté, calme, musique, éclairage, etc.
Profile:
Profil recherché :
- Vous avez une expérience préalable en restauration ou en cuisine, même de courte durée.
- Vous êtes aussi à l’aise derrière un plan de travail qu’en contact avec les clients.
- Vous êtes ponctuel(le), organisé(e), rapide et attentif(ve) aux détails.
- Vous maîtrisez les bases de l’hygiène alimentaire et aimez le travail en équipe.
- Vous avez un vrai goût pour le travail bien fait, la polyvalence et le service client.
- Vous parlez français ; l’anglais est un plus.
