Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Mini Bar Attendant to join our team at our luxurious resort in Phu Quoc, Vietnam. As a Mini Bar Attendant, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our guests' experience by ensuring that in-room mini bars are well-stocked, meticulously maintained, and accurately billed.

  • Restock and replenish mini bars in guest rooms with beverages, snacks, and other items
  • Conduct regular inventory checks and maintain accurate records of mini bar consumption
  • Ensure mini bar fridges are clean, organised, and in proper working condition
  • Process guest charges accurately and efficiently
  • Respond promptly to guest requests for additional mini bar items
  • Collaborate with housekeeping staff to coordinate mini bar servicing during room turnovers
  • Adhere to hygiene standards and food safety regulations
  • Report any maintenance issues or discrepancies to the appropriate department
  • Assist in tracking mini bar consumption trends to optimise inventory management
  • Maintain a professional and friendly demeanour when interacting with guests

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; experience in hospitality is preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
  • Basic maths and computer skills for inventory management and billing
  • Physical ability to lift and carry supplies and walk for extended periods
  • Exceptional communication and customer service skills
  • Knowledge of mini bar operations and refrigeration equipment
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Familiarity with food and beverage inventory management practices
  • Understanding of local health and safety regulations
  • Basic knowledge of guest privacy and security protocols
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • Proficiency in English; knowledge of Vietnamese or other languages is an advantage
