• To report for duty punctually in full regulation uniform
• To check and verify any function of the day and duty assigned
• To follow duty from previous shift
• To handle equipment and cleaning supplies with care 
• To response the call and follow up where cleaning is needed 
• To sweep, mop and polish floor
• To vacuum carpet, spot shampoo to remove stains 
• To clean furniture, fixture, glass and mirror 
• To ensure that all appliances are present in the responsible area are in working order                             
• Be responsible for the care and maintenance of his/her work store, trolley and all equipment and ensure that all equipment and materials are left in the same place and correct manner at the end of each shift   
• Ensure that all requests by guests are attended
• Advise the office of any lost property and valuable and return these to the office as soon as possible  
• Report any guest complaints, incidents of suspicious persons on the floor to the PA Supervisor
• To carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned                                                
• To be ready and responsible when assigned, to perform any other duties as required from time to time by the Management of Hotel

• • High school and above
• • 1 year experience in the same position
• • Understand English is prefer
• • Can work under pressure
