Job Description
Director of Wine & Dine is responsible for giving direction to the food & beverage operational department, which include Banquets, Restaurants, Room Service and Bars. He/she is responsible for continually focusing on achieving hotel profitability through revenue generation, creativity in organizing events, and effective cost controls. He/ She must achieve guest satisfaction targets and team satisfaction goals. Moreover, he/she will look after the new rooftop bar project.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 or 3 years of progressive experience in a current role
- Strong leadership
- Financial acumen
- Strategic planning skill
- Proven ability to drive Guest Satisfaction through innovation dining concept and exceptional service standard
