Job Description

The primary role of security managers for the Accor hotels in Senegal (Pullman Dakar, Novotel & Ibis Dakar, Movenpick Saly) is to develop and implement effective security strategies and protocols to protect the company against threats, theft, vandalism and other security risks. This involves conducting risk assessments, identifying vulnerabilities and devising appropriate security measures

  • To streamline the security Programme to safeguard the properties.
  • To safeguard guests, visitors, employees and the property when in the premises.
  • Analyze the various problems confronting the Security Department & develop solutions.
  • Design & develop techniques to prevent or minimize waste, theft or pilferage.
  • Adhere to the Standard Operating Procedures & ensure the same by the security team.
  • Any matter which may effect the interests of the hotel should be brought to the attention of the Management.
  • Constant update on the area events that may effect security

Qualifications

Good communication skills

Hight experience on security in previous roles
