We are looking for a passionate talent with former hotel Sales experience, to lead the Sales, E-commerce and Marketing operations of a five-star hotel under the Pullman brand in Budapest. This unique property is located in the heart of Budapest, right in the city center (District 6), offering 136 rooms, a restaurant & bar, rooftop event space, gym, meeting rooms - combining lifestyle and design, for business and leisure.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Managing the Sales, E-commerce and Marketing activities of the hotel
- Developing and implemening the topline strategy of the hotel
- Result achievement both on quantitative and qualitative criteria – total revenue target
- Developing and managing:
- -- the sales & marketing of the hotel on the domestic and international markets
- -- marketing and social media activities
- -- offers suitable for guests
- -- the Sales, Marketing & Reservation team (direct reports)
- Client acquisition, building new partnerships, continuously nurturing existing ones
- Key account management, regular client sales visits
- Keeping contact with the key OTAs market managers
- Conducting negotiations, expanding the clientele, preparing contracts
- Representation of the hotels in business circles and at various events
- At least 5 years of professional experience in hotel sales
- Outstanding sales acumen, commercial mindset
- Negotiation level English language skills (another foreign language as an advantage)
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and team management & leadership skills
- Good management and analytical skills; problem-solving skills
- Guest - and quality-oriented thinking
