主な責任:
- 総支配人、レベニューマネージャー、料飲部長と協力して、ホテルの目標に沿った年間の販売およびマーケティング戦略を含むビジネスプランを策定し、実施します。
- レベニュー、営業、マーケティング、イベントの各チームを率いて、協力的ではいパフォーミングのチーム文化を育み、個々の KPI、チーム目標、レベニューゴールを達成します。
- すべてのセグメントで新しいビジネスチャンスを特定し、グループ予約を確保し、レベニューゴールを達成するために主要アカウントを拡大します。
- 業界イベント、展示会、FAM旅行でホテルを代表し、必要に応じて海外にも出張します。
- 営業およびマーケティング予算を監督し、ホテルの目標と財務上の期待との整合性を確保します。
- セールス&マーケティング PR チームと緊密に連携し、レピュテーションまねじめnを含むブランド、広告、マーケティング戦略を実行します。
- 進捗状況を定期的に報告し、レベニューマネジメント部門と協力して正確な予測と市場戦略の調整を行います。
- 市場動向と競合他社の活動を把握し、現在の市場状況に合わせて戦略を調整します。
- 月次でセールスおよびマーケティング管理レポートを作成し、コーポレートチームとオーナー会議の両方との月次レビュー会議に出席します。
This role is ideal for a proactive leader passionate about the hospitality industry, focused on driving revenue, and skilled in brand management. The Director of Sales & Marketing will oversee sales, marketing, events, and revenue functions, working to strengthen the hotel’s brand, enhance guest experiences, and achieve revenue goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the General Manager, Revenue Manager, and F00d & Beverage Manager to develop and implement strategic business plans, including an annual sales and marketing strategy aligned with hotel objectives.
- Lead the Revenue, Sales, Marketing, and Events teams, fostering a supportive and high-performing team culture to achieve individual KPIs, team goals, and revenue targets.
- Identify new business opportunities across all segments, secure group bookings, and grow key accounts to achieve revenue objectives.
- Represent the hotel at industry events, tradeshows, and FAM trips, with occasional international travel required.
- Oversee sales and marketing budgets, ensuring alignment with hotel goals and financial expectations.
- Work closely with the Sales & Marketing PR team to execute brand, advertising, and marketing strategies, including reputation management.
- Provide regular reporting on progress and collaborate with revenue management for accurate forecasting and market strategy adjustments.
- Stay informed of market trends and competitor activities, adjusting strategies to align with current market conditions.
- Create monthly sales and marketing management report and attending monthly review meeting with both corporate team and owners meeting.

最低要件:
- セールス&マーケティング担当ディレクター、コマーシャル担当ディレクター、セールス担当ディレクターなどの上級セールス職で3年以上の経験
- ホスピタリティ業界での経歴
- ビジネスレベルの英語力(読み書きと会話)
- オーナー会社が日本企業のため、日本語が母国語か流暢な方
あると望ましい資格:
- ホスピタリティ マネジメント、ビジネス、セールス、収益、マーケティング、または関連分野の学位
- ラグジュアリーホスピタリティマーケットでの経験
Key Skills & Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of Sales & Marketing processes and proven ability to lead, train, and motivate a team.
- Experience collaborating across revenue management, sales, and marketing functions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
- Native Japanese or fluent in Japanese language due to the nature of owning company.
- Good understanding of marketing tools with strong organizational and prioritization skills.
- Guest-centered approach and strong interpersonal skills, capable of working well within a team environment.
Minimum Requirements:
3+ years of experience in a senior sales position, such as Director of Sales & Marketing or Director of Commercial or Director of Sales
Background in the hospitality industry.
Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
Native Japanese preferred due to our hotel ownership
Preferred Qualifications:
- Degree in Hospitality Management, Business, Sales, Revenue, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience in the luxury hospitality market.
