The Director of Marketing & Communications must ensure that all campaigns and projects adhere to Pullman brand standards. This role serves as the primary liaison for the hotel brand and marketing communications teams. The Director is responsible for the efficient management of external agencies, including public relations, creative, and media buying, ensuring these partnerships consistently drive awareness and publicity for the hotel. Additionally, the Director sets strategies for all digital marketing efforts related to e-commerce, focusing on traffic acquisition, sales, conversion, testing, and reporting. This comprehensive approach ensures the hotel's marketing initiatives are cohesive, impactful, and aligned with our hotel strategic goals.

• Holds a degree in Communications or Sales/Marketing and/or Hospitality or Tourism Management or experience in the Travel and Hotel industry.

• At least 5 years of experience in a marketing managerial position.

• Strong PR/Media, KOLs network.
