Job Description

  • Lead the hotel's brand story as well as be a champion of the brand communication standards.
  • Marketing plan to stimulate business both domestic & international marketing, leisure, and corporate, rooms, and F&B.
  • Develop and execute innovative marketing strategies that drive guest awareness, engagement, and, ultimately, bookings.
  • Craft compelling content, develop collateral and manage the hotel’s online presence.
  • Supervise online advertising for the hotel.
  • Monitor various media for comments and discussions about the hotel (TripAdvisor, Blogs, Forums)
  • Establish and maintain a relationship with key local press and media.

Qualifications

  • Being proud of you job and in Love with Thailand/Phuket.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in Marketing and Communication both Office and Online, at a Manager position for minimum 2 years.
  • Solid understanding of content creation.
  • Previous experience in multi-cultural environments and international Hotel Brand. 
  • Experience in hotel or tourism business is beneficial
  • Previous experience with Accor is a plus.
