Job Description
Plan, execute, and evaluate maintenance and infrastructure activities while leading the team responsible for ensuring the optimal performance of the hotel’s support services. Oversee contractor management and implement sustainability programs in alignment with Accor and Sofitel brand standards. Manage infrastructure improvement projects to enhance operational efficiency and guest experience.
Qualifications
Engineering professional with hotel experience of at least 5 years in similar positions, preferably in Luxury Resorts
Solid knowledge in infrastructure and engineering management, guaranteeing the proper functioning of all the machinery and support equipment of the hotel operation. Budget control, PMP program, CAPEX design, execution and monitoring, as well as predictive, preventive and corrective maintenance actions. Control of energy resources.
Fluency in Spanish and English is an essential requirement.
