คำอธิบายงาน
Responsible for overseeing the Meetings & Events Department. Lead Meetings & Events Sales team and has budget & strategy responsibility for the concerning segments and revenue generators (Group, Event, Wedding & Convention Services) and works with the Heads of Department to achieve the hotel’s market positioning and revenue goals.
Always strives to obtain a maximum level of efficiency and promotes teamwork between all staff. Observes and enforces objectives, policies, standards and procedures.

High school or equivalent education preferred. Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
Minimum 5 years’ experience in sales and convention services or relative field.
Opera system
Supervise and coach subordinates to ensure all service standards have been met.
Finalize all details relating to catering functions from initial stage until final billing.
Be responsible for soliciting new catering accounts, entertaining and maintaining relationships with existing accounts to meet and/or exceed food & beverage revenue goals.
Oversee client functions for ensuring the highest standard has been met to exceed customer satisfaction.
