Job Description

This role will be covering for a maternity leave.

Helps in augmenting and amplifying the Luxury & Lifestyle brand, PR plans, as well as divisional communication strategy in coordination with the Luxury & Lifestyle brand communications team.

  • Supports the global spokesperson strategy and messaging needs of the luxury & lifestyle brands
  • Serves as a strategic global communications support and relay for all luxury and lifestyle brand activity
  • Communications liaison with a wide range of stakeholders – media, partners, internal colleagues, agencies
  • Facilitates the planning and coordination of PR & Communications activity across the division, including  360 degree planning
  • Responsible for developing, reviewing and editing content at a divisional level – messaging, press releases, story teasers, briefs, etc.
  • Responsible for the strategic coordination (stream coordination) and management of transversal communications activity at global conferences & events
  • Responsible for developing/sharing best practices, trend data, and other key insights
  • Crisis Communication support as required - i.e. messaging, holding statements, coordination of internal communication teams, etc.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in communications/media/journalism
  • +10 years of relevant management experience
  • Strong writing and communication skills
  • Creative mindset
  • Interpersonal skills
  • Highly organized and ability to manage multiple projects
  • Global media contacts an asset
  • Problem-solver
