Lead and manage all technology deployment activities to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. This role collaborates with training, tech, infrastructure, and system teams to streamline deployment processes, enforce quality and compliance, and ensure smooth integration across the organization’s projects.

Deployment Leadership:

• Drives strategic strategic deployments and projects.
• Oversee end-to-end deployment processes for all strategic initatitves, ensuring efficient and timely execution of all activities within the designated budget and scope.
• Provide clear direction & leadership to deployment managers and cross-functional teams on project objectives, schedules, and deliverables

Vendor Management:

• Oversee field service partner selection/negotiation for contracts, ensuring alignment with strategy, goals and budget.
• Define processes for certifying external vendors, ensuring compliance, performance, and quality.

Training & Onboarding:

• Lead onboarding for external partners and internal “Heartists,” integrating them into our culture and operational standards.

Strategic \ Cross-functional Coordination:

• Collaborate closely with training teams and VP’s of Operations to ensure on time delivery.
• Partner with finance and PMO teams to forecast financial needs, optimize resource allocation, and maintain accurate budget reporting.

Strategic Collaboration:

• Facilitate communication between internal stakeholders
• Partner with other technology teams to address deployment challenges, streamline processes, and ensure system compatibility.

Development & Leadership:

• Ensure all deployment activities adhere to quality standards, internal policies, and industry best practices, and relevant regional or global compliance requirements.
• Drive quality metrics and enforce consistency in processes, documentation, and tools across deployments.
• Manage and support the infrastructure and deployment managers, providing direction, resolving issues, and ensuring accountability.
• Address skill gaps, by designing and implementing development plans, and build high-performing teams capable of handling complex deployments across various regions, deployment methodologies and cultures.

• Bachelor or Master Degree in computer sciences or Hospitality Management field
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certified
• ITIL V4 or Six Sigma GreenBelt Certified
• Strong background in managing complex tech deployments; experience in scaling systems, infrastructure, and training rollouts.
• 10+ Years of experience in a senior project leadership role, with demonstrated success leading diverse, cross-functional teams and large scaled deployments with proven results
• Experience handling multimillion-euro budgets, ensuring cost control and RO

• This position is based in Bangkok

• The role involves global collaboration, requiring flexibility to accommodate time zone differences.
