Le Pullman Paris Tour Eiffel recherche un Directeur du Restaurant & Bars passionné et innovant pour diriger notre équipe et contribuer à hisser notre établissement au statut de flagship de la marque Pullman, décrochant ainsi la prestigieuse 5ème étoile.

- Développement et gestion : Vous serez responsable de la gestion opérationnelle de nos restaurants et bars, en vous assurant que les objectifs de rentabilité, hygiène et de qualité sont atteints.
- Innovation et créativité : Proposer et mettre en place de nouveaux concepts, menus et événements pour surprendre et fidéliser notre clientèle, dans un environnement festif et lifestyle.
- Leadership : Encadrer, former et faire monter en compétences les équipes pour garantir un service d'excellence.
- Gestion financière : Maîtriser les coûts, élaborer et suivre les budgets, et optimiser la rentabilité des points de vente.
- Expérience client : Garantir une expérience client exceptionnelle en étant à l'écoute des retours et en apportant des améliorations continues.
- Expérience significative en gestion de restaurants et bars, idéalement dans un environnement hôtelier de luxe, lifestyle luxe.
- Manager de terrain, inspirant et sens du détail
- Compétences avérées en gestion financière et en contrôle des coûts
- Excellente gestion du stress et capacité à travailler sous pression
- Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais. La maîtrise d'autres langues est un plus.
- Force de proposition pour développer les concepts F&B.
