Apoyar al Chef Ejecutivo y de banquetes con todas las tareas administrativas como las siguientes:
- incidencias de nomina
- facturas con proveedores
- revision de fechas de entregas de mercancias
- acudir con los diferentes encargados de las cocinas para revisar que no les falten pedidos y que se realicen con tiempo
- recibir y analizar junto con el Chef Ejecutivo las ordenes de Servicio para eventos
- Revisar las ordenes de servicio con ventas
- atencion al personal en necesidades administrativas como
- organización y administracion de horarios
- contacto con el personal para revisar ausencias y retardos
- Apoyo a los chefs en el seguimiento y rotación de practicantes

Experiencia previa con Opera o un sistema relacionado
