(1 y fixed term replacement for maternity leave)

ABOUT THE ROLE

•Update and report South Korea's development projects to APAC and Paris, ensuring compliance with internal processes.

•Prepare and update development documents, brand presentations, and collaterals for South Korean developers.

•Support the Director of Development with presentations, financial projections, research, and contract preparation.

•Manage administrative tasks, including travel, meetings, and communication for the Development department.

•Ensure safety, quality, and environmental compliance while assisting hotel owners and VIP guests with accommodation requests.


자격 요건

YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES

•Bachelor’s degree in administration or a related field, with at least 2 years of experience in the hotel industry.

•Proficient in Microsoft Office, fluent in Korean, and highly skilled in English communication.

•Strong interpersonal and presentation skills, with the ability to work effectively in diverse, multicultural environments.

•Detail-oriented, service-driven, and adaptable to change, with a proactive and self-motivated approach. Able to work independently while contributing to a dynamic team.
