Orient Express Silenseas

This extraordinary sailing ship of the future, with its spectacular interiors, will set sail in 2026.

For legal matters, the Orient Express Silenseas vessels will belong to the Shipping HoldCo Company, a subsidiary of Accor Luxury & Lifestyle, which owns and is responsible for the Silenseas vessel construction and operation.


Job Description

Reporting to the Director Destination Experiences, The Destination Product Manager is specialized in luxury tourism product development, with strong knowledge of the Mediterranean, and / or the Caribbean. It involves curating bespoke travel experiences that epitomize sophistication, exclusivity, and cultural immersion. This position offers an opportunity to craft and orchestrate unforgettable journeys that resonate with the desires of affluent travelers seeking unparalleled adventures.

Missions:

  • Design unique and high-end experiences, in harmony with the visited destinations, whether on board or ashore, including event evenings or private experiences.
  • Lead bidding process with DMC Worldwide​
  • Negotiate and establish partnerships with local suppliers to ensure a comprehensive and high-end offering to clients, including comparative study and analysis of offers, optimize P&L with emphasis on the quality of the proposed experiences.
  • Ensure coordination of all stages of the process, from product design to invoicing, working closely with sales, marketing, communication, onboard teams, and various service providers involved in delivering experiences.
  • Develop and manage the budget allocated for the development of experiences, ensuring cost optimization while guaranteeing the quality of services provided to clients.
  • Demonstrate great creativity in offering unique and memorable tourist experiences, in line with the brand's expectations.
  • Ensure the quality of services offered to clients by collecting customer feedback and implementing corrective actions, if necessary, to guarantee a luxury and personalized tourist experience.
  • Conduct analysis of the tourism market in the specific region, focusing on market trends, consumer behavior, competition, and emerging opportunities.
  • Ensure full data set up in the reservation and onboard systems.

Qualifications

Passionate traveler, you have a successful experience of minimum 7 years in the luxury sector / tourism, including managing demanding clientele.

Knowledge (technical skills):

  • Knowledge of the cruise/tour operating sector.
  • Good geographical knowledge.
  • Strong knowledge of Mediterranean Sea or Caribbeans.
  • Excellent skils in French and English (spoken and written).
  • Proficient in Excel and financial analysis.

Skills (professional practices):

  • Analysis & synthesis.
  • Project management.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects simultaneously.
  • Adaptability to change.

  • Ability to travel up to 10 days per quarter for site inspection.
