We are seeking a passionate and motivated Demi Chef to join our dynamic kitchen brigade. This is a fantastic opportunity for a talented culinary professional ready to take the next step in their career and contribute to delivering exceptional dining experiences in a fast-paced, high-quality environment.
Key responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Assist in the preparation and presentation of high-quality dishes in line with hotel standards. 
- Work across various sections of the kitchen as required. 
- Maintain cleanliness, food hygiene, and safety standards at all times. 
- Support senior chefs in daily operations, including inventory and stock rotation. 
- Ensure consistency and quality in every dish served. 
- Contribute to a positive kitchen environment and help train junior staff where needed. 
To be successful in this role you should demonstrate:
- Previous experience in a similar role within a hotel or high-volume kitchen. 
- Excellent technical knowledge with experience in a variety of cooking techniques and styles. 
- Formal culinary training or relevant qualifications preferred. 
- Ability to work a variety of shifts across a 7 day rotating roster including mornings, evenings and weekends 
- Strong communication and organisational skills and a team-oriented attitude. 
- Passion for food and a desire to learn and grow. 
- Demonstrated ability to maintain food safety standards and understanding of HACCP
