Job Title: Delivery Manager - Data
Location: Gurgaon, India (Hybrid)

As our Delivery Manager - Data, you'll play a pivotal role in keeping our Data & Tech function running smoothly—ensuring data requests from across the business are actioned in a timely manner and that data quality and integrity are maintained across our diverse business units.
Based in our Gurgaon office with a flexible hybrid work model, this is an opportunity to support the day-to-day operations of the Data Team, working closely with the VP Data & Tech and business units across Accor. You'll be the go-to person keeping data requests moving—managing incoming work across email, Zendesk, and Asana, keeping stakeholders informed, and helping the team continuously improve how data operations run.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the day-to-day flow of data requests, ensuring they're assigned, actioned, and responded to in a timely manner
Maintain data quality, integrity, and accessibility across business functions
Keep leadership up to date on requests and task progress
Partner with business units across Accor to understand and address their data needs
Present data insights and recommendations to stakeholders as required
Identify opportunities to improve data operations processes and workflows
Qualifications & Requirements
Experience: 5+ years in data operations, project management, or a related field, with a proven track record in task management across multiple channels and stakeholders.
Technical Expertise: Working knowledge of data operations principles and best practices, with an understanding of data governance and privacy regulations.
Business Acumen: Solid business analysis skills and an understanding of business processes, with the ability to engage confidently with people across all levels and functions.
Communication & Problem Solving: Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, strong presentation skills for executive-level reporting, and sound judgement on when to escalate issues. Comfortable managing communications across different time zones.
Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Project Management, Data Management, or a related field.
