Estamos em busca de um(a) Cozinheiro III - Temporário para integrar nossa equipe. Você será responsável por apoiar o preparo e a finalização dos alimentos, contribuindo para a qualidade, apresentação e segurança das refeições servidas. Atuará em parceria com a equipe de cozinha para garantir a excelência operacional, seguindo os padrões da marca e proporcionando experiências memoráveis aos hóspedes por meio de um serviço de alta qualidade.
ATIVIDADES
• Apoiar o preparo e a finalização dos alimentos, seguindo as receitas, padrões de qualidade e orientações da liderança;
• Auxiliar na montagem e apresentação dos pratos, garantindo a qualidade e o padrão de serviço estabelecido;
• Contribuir para o abastecimento e reposição dos alimentos nos pontos de distribuição, assegurando a disponibilidade dos produtos;
• Organizar, armazenar e controlar os insumos utilizados na operação, respeitando as normas de segurança alimentar;
• Zelar pela organização, limpeza e conservação da cozinha, equipamentos, utensílios e áreas de trabalho;
• Trabalhar em conjunto com a equipe de cozinha, contribuindo para o bom andamento das operações e o cumprimento dos padrões da marca;
• Apoiar as rotinas operacionais da cozinha, incluindo controle de mercadorias, inventários e demais atividades conforme a necessidade da área;
• Cumprir os padrões de qualidade, higiene, segurança alimentar e os procedimentos estabelecidos pela Accor, proporcionando uma experiência de excelência aos hóspedes.
• Ensino Médio completo; curso técnico ou profissionalizante em Gastronomia, Cozinha ou áreas correlatas será considerado um diferencial;
• Experiência prévia em cozinha, hotelaria, restaurantes ou serviços de alimentação será considerada um diferencial;
• Conhecimento básico em técnicas de preparo de alimentos, manipulação de alimentos e boas práticas de higiene;
• Organização, agilidade e atenção aos detalhes na execução das atividades;
• Capacidade de trabalhar em equipe e em um ambiente dinâmico;
• Comprometimento com a qualidade dos alimentos e com os padrões de segurança alimentar;
• Proatividade, responsabilidade e disposição para aprender e apoiar a equipe nas demandas da operação;
• Disponibilidade para atuar em escala, incluindo finais de semana e feriados.
