- Preparar os pratos do cardápio do dia, a partir das demandas recebidas, cozinhando, grelhando, assando os alimentos.
- Montar pratos individuais, buffets, bandejas etc. e distribuir nos locais de consumo.
- Providenciar a reposição dos alimentos em todos os pontos de distribuição, quando necessário.
- Executar atividades de confeitaria, finalizando/montando doces e sobremesas.
- Recolher os alimentos no final dos serviços, tanto no buffet quanto na cozinha e encaminhar ao destino apropriado com segurança.
- Prestar informações e esclarecimentos aos clientes sobre os pratos servidos, quando solicitado.
- Cumprir, integralmente, as boas práticas de segurança alimentar.
- Executar as atividades dos diversos setores da cozinha, tais como: açougue, garde-manger, confeitaria, massas e outros.
- Controlar a validade dos alimentos em estoque, registrando eventuais vencimentos, encaminhando para o destino apropriado.
- Substituir o superior imediato em suas ausências.
- Utilizar os Equipamentos de Proteção Individual e Coletivo (EPI’s e EPC’s) obrigatórios para a execução das suas atividades.
- Zelar pelos equipamentos e materiais sob sua responsabilidade.
- Cumprir o regulamento interno do hotel, as políticas e os procedimentos do seu departamento.
- Reportar qualquer situação considerada perigosa ou suspeita ás áreas para superiores
- Refletir as atitudes ideais do connector: “Eu conecto”, “Eu envolvo”, “Eu vou além” e “Eu personalizo” que são baseados nos valores AccorHotels.
