Le Fairmont Monte Carlo est un hôtel de luxe situé au cœur de la Principauté de Monaco. Il est doté de 596 chambres, suites et résidences ainsi que de quatre restaurants, de trois bars, d’un Centre Fitness, d’un Spa, de deux piscines, d’un Room Service et d’un service Traiteur.
Missions RH :
- Gestion des arrêts maladie, accidents du Travail/Trajet et des congés maternité/paternité
- Gestion administrative du personnel fixe et saisonnier
- Intégration des nouveaux collaborateurs
- Planification des visites médicales initiales, de reprise et périodiques auprès de la Médecine du Travail ainsi que suivi des questionnaires médicaux
- Elaboration des contrats de travail et avenants
- Gestion des extras du dossier d’embauche au paiement ainsi que des attestations France Travail
- Suivi quotidien des différentes requêtes du personnel
- Gestion des dossiers des stagiaires
- Gestion des commandes d’achats du service RH sur Birchstreet
Missions PAIE :
- Préparation des éléments de paie (absences, heures supplémentaires, arrêts maladie…)
- Suivi des budgets
- Elaboration de la paie des extras bi-mensuelle et des intérimaires
- Suivi des congés payés et des absences injustifiées
- Reporting RH : bilan social mensuel, analyse des effectifs
Cette liste de missions est non exhaustive.
- Niveau Master
- Entre 3 et 5 ans d’expérience en coordination RH et PAIE, idéalement acquise dans le secteur hôtelier ou touristique
- Maîtrise des logiciels de gestion RH : Zeendoc, Sage, Horoquartz, Birchstreet
- Connaissance des règles du Service de l’emploi monégasque serait un plus
- Maitrise parfaite du français et de l’anglais. L’Italien est un plus.
- Excellent sens de l’organisation, rigueur et autonomie
- Esprit analytique
- Discrétion et confidentialité dans la gestion des informations sensibles
- Capacité à gérer les priorités dans un environnement dynamique
- Réussite du test interne Fairmont Assessfirst
- Réussite du test EXCEL
