Job Description

El Coordinador es el encargado de brindar soporte y asistencia a Catering y Conference Services.

  • Preparar cotizaciones alineadas a las necesidades de los eventos.
  • Venta de pequeños eventos sociales y corporativos, trabajando la planeación y ejecución de estos eventos.
  • Calificar los leads de acuerdo a su ingreso.
  • Dar seguimiento a los eventos una vez han culminado para generar negocio futuro.
  • Preparar cualquiera documentos relevantes para comunicar las necesidades internas y externas del evento.
  • Organizar y llevar a cabo showrounds de las instalaciones del hotel.
  • Dar respuesta a toda la correspondencia y solicitudes de clientes en un periodo no mayor a 24 horas de recibida.
  • Verificar el archivo de Turn Over de ventas, contactar al cliente y de ser posible coordinar una cita en persona para obtener toda la información pertinente al evento.
  • Trabajar con el Vendedor para revision del contrato en pro que se cumpla lo acordado y se ejecute efectivamente.
  • Generar contratos de clientes con todos los detalles necesarios.
  • Trabajar en las órdenes de banquetes de eventos.
  • Conocer la estrategia de precios, tarifas y restricciones para los eventos con el fin de ofrecer valores agregados a los clientes.
  • Ofrecer opciones adicionales a los contratos para incrementar las ganancias al presupuesto dado por mes en Grupos y Eventos Locales.
  • Ser el enlace clave entre el cliente y los otros departamentos, asegurándose de que la experiencia sea impecable.
  • Informar al hotel y coordinar todos los detalles de los eventos de último minuto.
  • Revisión y supervisión del montaje el día del evento.
  • Manejo del programa Birchstreet de compras para el departamento.
  • Concretar detalles con los proveedores para asegurar que el cliente final reciba el producto esperado y velar por el cuido de la propiedad.

Qualifications

  • Comunicación verbal y escrita clara en ambos idiomas (Inglés y Español)
  • Manejo de Excel
  • Manejo efectivo de clientes y situaciones con los mismos
  • Capaz de trabajar en un ambiente de alto rendimiento
  • Conocimiento de Delphi.fdc o programas similares
