Reportando al F&B Director y al Chef Ejecutivo, proporcionará apoyo organizativo y administrativo a los Departamentos de F&B y Cocina, garantizando la ejecución eficiente y puntual de los procedimientos operativos y administrativos asignados.
- Redactar y preparar diversos documentos, incluyendo cartas, memorandos y actas.
- Gestionar la correspondencia y atender llamadas telefónicas relacionadas con el trabajo.
- Asistir a las reuniones diarias de los departamentos, tomando actas y asegurando su distribución.
- Preparar y mantener actualizado el informe mensual de asistencia del personal para nóminas.
- Proporcionar apoyo organizativo y administrativo directo al Director de F&B y al Chef Ejecutivo.
- Organizar documentos y gestionar el suministro de papelería y artículos de oficina.
- Mantener un conocimiento exhaustivo de los servicios de Alimentos y Bebidas y Cocina así como de las características del hotel.
- Actuar como enlace con otros departamentos para asegurar la fluidez en la comunicación y la resolución de problemas.
- Trabajar de manera eficaz para cumplir con los plazos establecidos y asegurar la calidad en la entrega de trabajo.
- Mantener relaciones positivas con proveedores, clientes externos e internos.
- Apoyar a los responsables del área durante los picos de actividad operativa o cuando sea requerido.
- Colaborar en la formación y orientación del nuevo personal en el equipo.
- Participar en consultas y formación en materia de salud y seguridad en el trabajo.
- Garantizar el buen estado de los equipos y reportar cualquier irregularidad o actividad sospechosa de inmediato.
- Experiencia: 1 a 3 años en una posición similar, preferentemente en hoteles de categoría similar o restaurantes gastronómicos.
- Educación: Grado en Administración Hotelera, ADE, o afines.
- Idiomas: Español e inglés avanzados; francés o un tercer idioma es un plus.
- Habilidades: Manejo avanzado de Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Competencias: Vocación de servicio, atención al detalle, capacidad de trabajar bajo presión, y habilidades de comunicación efectiva.
