• Assegurar, em conjunto com o Gerente Geral, os níveis de satisfação dos clientes. Pesquisar, acompanhar e responder às suas manifestações, assim como implementar ações que promovam sua fidelização, garantindo uma experiência única e inesquecível.
• Contribuir e sugerir melhorias, no que se refere à manutenção da qualidade dos produtos, serviços e conservação do hotel. Assegurar o respeito ao estilo e diferenciais da marca, bem como a preservação do patrimônio.
• Liderar, com o Gerente Geral, a implantação de projetos específicos e ações corporativas do hotel.
• Atuar como agente facilitador entre os departamentos, mediando situações de conflito, intermediando informações, assegurando suprimentos de produtos e serviços, bem como sugerindo ações para melhoria contínua.
• Acompanhar a performance do hotel por departamento, orientando as ações preventivas / corretivas necessárias, em conjunto com o Gerente Geral.
• Analisar e aprovar pedidos de compras diversos, em conjunto com o superior imediato, bem como acompanhar / avaliar nível de qualidade, produtos e atendimento de prestadores de serviços.
Responder, em conjunto com o Gerente Geral, pela gestão (qualitativa e financeira) de A&B e Hospedagem.
• Fazer a gestão dos indicadores atualizados. Implementar medidas corretivas para assegurar o cumprimento das metas estabelecidas no Contrato de Gestão.
• Selecionar, desenvolver, avaliar a performance e estimular o nível de engajamento dos colaboradores, em conjunto com o Gerente Geral.
• Ao identificar uma preferência do cliente, compartilhar essa informação com a equipe da Recepção, para que o ACDC seja atualizado, a fim de personalizar os produtos e serviços para cada hóspede e tornar suas experiências surpreendentes a cada hospedagem.
• Ser embaixador do Heartist e Valores das marcas. Liderar as ações de animação da Cultura de Serviços.
• Seguir as orientações do departamento de CSR quanto à coleta seletiva e consumo de água, energia e produtos de limpeza, no sentido de atender aos objetivos ambientais.
• Executar outras atribuições correlatas, de acordo com a necessidade da área/hotel.
