Job Description
- Develop, create, and publish high-quality content for social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant channels.
- Capture and edit photos, videos, reels, and stories showcasing the hotel, restaurants, events, facilities, and guest experiences.
- Plan and execute social media content calendars aligned with marketing campaigns and business objectives.
- Manage day-to-day social media activities, including posting, scheduling, monitoring, and responding to comments and messages.
- Create engaging copy, captions, and promotional content to enhance audience engagement.
- Monitor social media trends, industry developments, and competitor activities to identify content opportunities.
- Collaborate with various hotel departments to gather content and promote events, offers, and seasonal campaigns.
- Work with influencers, content creators, and partners to increase brand visibility and engagement.
- Track, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics and campaign effectiveness.
- Support digital marketing and branding initiatives to drive awareness, engagement, and revenue.
- Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and maintains a consistent visual identity.
Qualifications
- 2-3 years of experience in content creation and social media management.
- Strong photography, videography, graphic design and editing skills.
- Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or similar tools.
- Knowledge of social media platforms, algorithms, trends, and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in the hospitality, hotel, tourism, lifestyle, or F&B industry is an advantage.
