Job Description

As our Conference & Events Supervisor, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our meetings, events and conferences run seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Conference and Events Operations Manager with coordinating and supervising the service delivery of all conference, meeting and events.
  • Provide on-the-floor leadership during events, ensuring service excellence and a positive team culture.
  • Assist with the training and development of Food and Beverage and Events staff
  • Lead and motivate the team, providing direction and hands-on support during setup, service and pack down.
  • Oversee event room setups, ensuring layouts, AV requirements and presentation standards meet client specifications.
  • Partner with the kitchen and Food and Beverage Service teams to deliver timely, high-quality food and beverage service.
  • Support the Conference and Events Operations Manager with administrative duties
  • Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene and responsible service of alcohol requirement

Qualifications

About You

  • Previous experience in a similar supervisory role within hospitality, conferencing or events.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and time management.
  • Confidence in managing multiple events simultaneously.
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving and client satisfaction.
