Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced F&B Supervisor to join our team in Sepang, Malaysia. As the F&B Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our bar, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.

  • Manage and supervise bar staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations
  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, liquor laws, and company policies
  • Oversee inventory management, including ordering, receiving, and stock rotation
  • Maintain accurate financial records and handle cash transactions
  • Create and update drink menus, incorporating seasonal and local trends
  • Resolve customer complaints and address concerns promptly and professionally
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless food and beverage service
  • Implement and maintain quality control measures for all bar products and services
  • Assist in developing and executing promotional events and specials
  • Monitor and analyze bar performance metrics to identify areas for improvement

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in bar supervision or management
  • Proven track record in high-volume bar operations
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Diploma in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
  • Valid Responsible Service of Alcohol certification
  • Current Food Handler's certification
  • Excellent knowledge of cocktail recipes, mixology techniques, and current industry trends
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally
  • Solid understanding of local liquor laws and regulations
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
