- Preparar sobremesas e diversos tipos de doces do cardápio, a partir das demandas recebidas.
- Montar sobremesas individuais, buffets, bandejas etc. e cuidar da distribuição nos locais de consumo.
- Monitorar o consumo do buffet e providenciar a reposição de sobremesas, quando necessário.
- Desenvolver ficha técnica de custos e preparo de novas sobremesas, sob orientação.
- Requisitar a matéria prima necessária à preparação das sobremesas, definindo produtos e
quantidades e encaminhando as requisições para aprovação. - Executar outras atribuições correlatas de acordo com a necessidade da área.
- Ensino médio completo
- Conhecimentos e aplicação das diversas técnicas de preparo de sobremesas e doces.
- Conhecimentos e aplicação das boas práticas de segurança alimentar.
- Curso de confeitaria e padaria.
