The Compliance Officer is responsible for ensuring that high standards are met across the organization and that the company is adhering to its mandated regulations through robust quality auditing and reporting on all quality assurance information gathered; communicating key messages and presenting data to different audiences, making recommendations about improvements, and supporting individuals, teams and the company to achieve better quality outcomes.
- Experience of working in a luxury and upscale segment is an advantage.
- Good interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate to all levels.
- A combination of creativity and strong product knowledge.
- Ability to maintain efficient and passion for hotel operations.
